We record current mileage, any reported symptoms, and document pre-existing bodywork or interior conditions. This protects both the customer and our team.

Inspection & Diagnosis

The vehicle goes on the lift for a structured inspection. If diagnostics are required, we run scan tools and review live data before forming any conclusions.

Estimate & Approval

We contact you with a written breakdown of what we found and what we recommend. No work begins until you give the go-ahead.

Repair & Quality Check

The work is carried out by the assigned technician and reviewed by a second pair of eyes before the vehicle is prepared for collection.

We strongly recommend booking ahead, particularly for diagnostic or service work. Walk-in inspections may be possible depending on the day's schedule, but we can't guarantee an immediate slot. Contact us to check availability.
We don't operate a courtesy car service at present. If your vehicle will be with us for more than one day, please let us know when booking and we'll try to accommodate your timing where possible.
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30, and Saturday from 09:00–14:00. We don't currently offer out-of-hours drop-off, but keys can be collected by arrangement if you're running late on collection.
Yes — always. We provide a written estimate before any repair work begins. If something additional is discovered during the repair, we contact you for approval before proceeding. We don't carry out unrequested work.
